Toshinari SEKI

Toshinari Seki is a high school student who is known for his ability to kill time in creative and imaginative ways. He is often seen playing games, reading, or drawing in class, and he is always coming up with new ways to pass the time. Seki's classmates are often amused by his antics, but his teachers are not always so impressed. One day, a new student named Rumi Yokoi transfers to Seki's class.
